Common questions

Can I add my logo to the invoice?

Yes. Click “Add your logo” in the first section. PNG, JPG and SVG work. The logo is resized in your browser and saved only on your device.

Is there a watermark or a limit?

No watermark, no limit, no account. The only branding is a small “myreceiptdesk.com” line at the very bottom.

How should I number my invoices?

Use a simple sequence like INV-001, INV-002. Some freelancers add the year (2026-001). The Duplicate button increments the number for you.

What does Net 30 mean?

It means payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. Set the due date field and it prints on the invoice.

Can I mark an invoice as paid?

Yes. Tick “Mark as PAID” under the line items. The total changes to “Total paid” and a PAID stamp is added, so it works as a receipt.

Does it calculate sales tax?

Enter your tax rate as a percentage and it is applied after any discount. Tax rules vary, so confirm the rate that applies to your service.
