Information you enter into the generator
The invoice and receipt generator runs entirely in your web browser. The details you enter — names, addresses, amounts, dates, notes — are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
To save you time on repeat visits, the generator can remember your details using your browser's local storage. This data lives only in your browser on your device. You can erase it at any time using the "Clear saved data" link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from this site itself — visiting these pages contacts no third-party services.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links to bookkeeping software. If you click one and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you click through, the destination site's own privacy policy applies, and the affiliate partner may use cookies on their site to attribute your visit. We only recommend tools relevant to invoicing and rental bookkeeping.
Hosting
The site is served by Netlify, which may log standard technical data (IP address, request time) for security and operations, as any web server does.

- Use the "Clear saved data" link to remove any details stored in your browser.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
- Browse with an ad/tracker blocker — the generator works fully with one enabled.
Children
This site is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
